We wanted to address young families and convince them that life & health insurances aren’t about expecting the worst, but firstly protecting what’s best –  one’s family.

Challenge.

For the new flight of the #readyforLIFE campaign, Asiguropedia needed an approach that would convey what life & health insurances provide first and foremost – safety, while also encouraging users to learn more about them.

Journey.

In order to appeal to young families, we wanted to focus on emotion. And to showcase how life & health insurances can fit the beautiful stories that couples have, all the way to becoming a family.

So we created a love song that speaks about how everything feels different and special with one’s partner, the main message being that together we enjoy the good and protect each other when things get difficult. To properly illustrate the song, we partnered up with one of the most beloved vloggers in Romania, Mariciu (Marian Ionescu) and told his story using footage from his vlogs all over the years.

Besides the music video & assets across main Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), Mariciu and his wife insisted on the protection that life & health insurance can provide in vlogs on their YouTube channel and also participated at a local radio show to explain the increased responsibility that comes with being a parent and the financial services available for various unforeseen situations.

We also had a contest where users could enter after studying key information on the campaign’s landing page and sharing with us on Social Media how they believe life or health insurance can benefit their families.

We were delighted to see the positive reactions we received on Social Media, further proving that an emotional approach was the way to go for financial services designed to protect one’s family.
